Solid-state power for two-wheel electric mobility

JBWCELL supplies 48V, 60V and 72V solid-state battery packs for light electric vehicles, built on DEEGARE solid-state cells in the 5Ah to 50Ah range. The solid electrolyte removes the flammable liquid used in conventional lithium-ion packs, which is the core reason solid-state is being adopted for two-wheelers where the battery sits under the rider.

Three performance advantages

• Extremely safe — non-combustible and non-explosive; passes puncture, cutting and overcharge abuse testing without swelling, smoke or fire.
• Extremely fast charging — 3 to 10 minutes to roughly 80% capacity, suited to swap-and-go and fleet charging models.
• Extreme cold tolerance — over 90% capacity retention at -40°C for genuine all-season range.

Applications

E-bikes, electric two-wheelers, high-speed electric motorcycles and battery swap cabinets. The 30Ah medium-nickel ternary solid-state cell is designed to meet the latest two-wheeler standards.

Integrated BMS

Each pack ships with a matched battery management system providing high-precision fuel gauging, dual IC + fuse protection, over-voltage, over-current, short-circuit and over-temperature protection, cell balancing and pre-charge. RS485, CAN, MODBUS and UART communication are available as options, with UN38.3 certification and optional UL2054.
