Verified Performance, Not Marketing Claims
Our solid-state programme is built on a self-developed conformal-solidification solid electrolyte. The difference against semi-solid designs is the superconformal interface between electrolyte and electrode — semi-solid cells leave a non-conformal gap that limits both cycle life and safety.

Our 30Ah solid-state cells pass puncture and cutting tests at 100% non-flammable and non-explosive — no liquid leakage, no fire, no smoke, no explosion. Where conventional liquid pouch cells swell and vent in high-temperature storage, our solid-state pouch cells do not.

Space power
Aerospace-grade high-capacity solid-state lithium batteries for satellites, spacecraft, satellite navigation units and spaceborne optical cameras — qualified through vacuum, temperature-cycling and vibration testing, with a -80°C to +140°C window and radiation resistance.
Intelligent robotics
Solid-state 30Ah special LiFePO4 cells for intelligent and humanoid robots and rail transit. Cycle life exceeds 15,000 cycles — around twice conventional cells — with 60% longer cycle life at 60°C.
Aircraft and drones
Solid-state 30Ah silicon-carbon high-nickel ternary cells for low-altitude aircraft and drones, including survey, targeting and agricultural-spraying platforms.
Light electric mobility
Solid-state 30Ah medium-nickel ternary cells and 48V/60V/72V packs for e-bikes, two-wheelers, high-speed electric motorcycles and battery-swap cabinets, meeting the latest two-wheeler standards. Customers in this segment include Forever Bicycle, one of China’s oldest and best-known bicycle brands, and 79bike.
Manufacturing, Quality and Research
Production runs in a digital smart factory with fully automated processing and an integrated intelligent control system, at a total capacity of 1 GWh with in-house supply of core materials. R&D is backed by a 7,000 m² laboratory, an MWh-class pilot line, RMB 65 million of investment and a team where 42% hold a master’s or doctorate.
Quality systems and certifications include IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, QC 080000, CCC and CQC, GB/T 18287-2013, GB 31241-2014, GB/IEC 62133:2017, UL 1642, CTIA/IEEE 1725, RoHS 2011/65/EU, REACH (209 substances) and Battery Directive 2013/66/EC.
The programme is led by a national-level leading scientist and globally highly-cited researcher, a Fellow of the Royal Society of Chemistry and former Humboldt scholar. The research line runs from wide-temperature lithium-ion work in Canada (2008), through solid-state ionics and conformal-solidification research at the Max Planck Institute in Germany (2011), to the 2018 breakthrough in conformal-solidification lithium-metal performance validated by mainstream cell makers, the first production line in 2024 and volume production from 2025.
Every pack ships with matched BMS or PCM protection: high-precision fuel gauging, dual IC + fuse design, over-voltage, over-current, short-circuit and over-temperature protection, cell balancing and pre-charge, with optional RS485, CAN, MODBUS and UART. UN38.3 certified, UL2054 optional.

JBWCELL is a solid-state battery manufacturer and supplier based in Shenzhen, working from our own solid electrolyte production base, battery production base and system-integration plant. We are not a trading company reselling cells — the electrolyte, the cell process and the production equipment are all self-developed, which is what lets us take a solid state battery OEM or ODM project from specification through to certified, shipped product.
Typical engagements: a brand that needs custom solid-state cells for a new device; an e-mobility maker qualifying a 48V/60V/72V pack against the latest two-wheeler standards; an energy-storage integrator specifying 1–15 kWh systems with inverter and solar input; or a distributor sourcing solid-state power banks for private label.
